Demba Jallow

Field Nurse

Demba is a nurse by profession and went to community health nursing school, graduating as a community health nurse. He has four years experience working in both clinics and communities at large. Demba came to the MRC-G in 2018 after graduating from secondary school and worked for a few months as a field assistant before leaving to further his education and returning later as a community health nurse in 2022. He has worked on three major trials including CHIME. Previous trials included a malaria project and the EDEN and INDIGO trial in Keneba.
