Dr Erica Breuer is a global health researcher whose work lies at the intersection of participatory theory of change development, co-design, evaluation of complex interventions, health services research and implementation science. She has led work-packages related to Theory of Change on multiple research projects and provided consultancy and training for universities, non-government, government and international organisations globally. She holds PhD from the University of Cape Town and is a Senior Researcher with the University of Heidelberg.
